Perfect Skin – Terms and Conditions for Booking
1. Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled appointment.
- In the event of a timely cancellation, the deposit will be applied to the original payment method within 14 days.
2. Payment Policy
- The full balance for the treatment must be paid in advance of your appointment.
- All deposits will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
3. Refund Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of our treatments, which take into account the unique characteristics of each individual’s skin and unpredictable healing and collagen rebuilding timeframes, refunds will not be issued once the treatment has been administered.
- Please ensure you fully understand our policies before confirming your booking and making any payments.
